This project incorporates 40,000 GSF for a new arts facility and a 13,000 GSF addition for the Lower School. The arts facility includes a black box theatre, dance studio and varied art, music, and theater facilities. The lower school addition includes a number of new and renovated classrooms along with other associated facilities. The large program was broken down into smaller masses, which engage and cascade down the sloped site.
