This project includes a 108,000 SF renovation and 30,000 SF of new construction to accommodate the growing needs of this celebrated city magnet school. Plans include incorporating the historic brownstone adjacent to the school and reworking an internal courtyard. Programs in dance, music, theater, and visual arts are housed in new and borrowed space in an effort to improve circulation while reinforcing each program's unique identity. The school will remain open through three years of phased construction.
