Marketing Coordinator –
Cho Benn Holback + Associates is looking for a critical thinker who takes initiative and is willing to grow in the position. Prefer minimum 5 years in architecture/ engineering firm.
Position will require responsibility for overall marketing management for a 25-person 30 year old architecture/ design firm.
Further responsibilities include:
- Looking for and tracking business leads, RFPs and RFQs
- Support client contacts, including sending information as directed
- Coordinating, assembling and transmitting proposals, including design team assembly
- Tracking publications, reports, awards
- Representing the firm out of the office
- Supervising assistant / receptionist
- Maintaining and updating all marketing and business development information
Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint skills required. Adobe InDesign is desirable.
