This award-winning parking garage
sits on an entire city block adjacent to historic Baltimore City Hall. CBH+A provided complete design services for the 500-space, 6-level garage with 10,683 SF of retail space, Exhibit windows line the pedestrian edges with landscaped amenities. Facade treatment was carefully studied in terms of aesthetics, low maintenance, durability and friendliness.
