The Brewers Hill project comprises five complexes of the former National Bohemian and Gunther Breweries. The site takes its name from the neighborhood it anchors, and has become a showpiece of mixed-use green development. Cho Benn Holback + Associates prepared the historic Part I and II applications for the entire project, as well as design for three individual complexes, which are now complete. The focal point is the Natty Boh building, a 10-story brick building complete with planted green roofs and a rainwater collection system.
