This four-story, 141,000 SF new laboratory and classroom building is connected through its four-story atrium to existing academic buildings. They will be renovated as well to create a science and mathematics center at Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. The project includes labs for biology, chemistry and physical sciences, classrooms, a rooftop observatory, a greenhouse and faculty offices. The project is in association with Stantec Architecture, Inc.

A LEED-gold certification is being sought for sustainability.
