Casey Family Services preserves and celebrates the character of an existing historic trolley sub-station while keeping new construction as clean and simple as possible. The building incorporates a lobby atrium, classrooms, drop-in center for children, outdoor play area, conference rooms and offices. The design is sensitive to the scale and massing of the neighborhood as well as the existing building while providing a positive environment for adolescent learning and support.
