Master planning for this 50-year-old large urban mall has led to a design that
includes substantial additions for more
retail (following partial demolition) and full
interior renovations. This includes all interior
public spaces, providing all new flooring,
railings and lighting as well as updated
mechanical and sprinkler systems.
The exterior gets major new entries, graphics,
signage, and landscaping with the
addition of 800 trees. Better connections
are provided from Mondawmin Mall to the station
and adjoining areas. |
