This local historic landmark now houses spacious apartments carved out of former classrooms. New construction discreetly located behind the school building allows for 85 units. Facilities include a beauty salon, laundry rooms, multiple scenic sitting areas and a lounge with a deck to the new courtyard. The project received funding from Maryland Community Development Administration (CDA) and tax credits from the Federal and State Historic Trust. |
