This new facility houses all student enrollment services, the campus business office and a teleconferencing suite. The design complements the campus tidewater village vocabulary while integrating sustainable design features.

This multi-phase project includes a 335-car parking facility and infrastructure improvements including a 500,000-gallon water tower located one mile north of campus. Includes LEED rating analysis.
