The existing 1915 warehouse will be transformed into a dynamic hub of graduate study programs. Housed within the 6 story building will be shared galleries, lecture hall, meeting rooms, work and fabrication space, café, and painting, mixed-media and photography studios that will anchor MICA's presence on North Avenue.
